We Mediate and Arbitrate Before American Arbitration Association and JAMS and Litigate in New York and New Jersey State and Federal Courts: Construction and Design Defect Claims; Breach of Contract/Delay Claims; NY RPAPL 881 claims for access to adjoining property; and mechanics’ lien/forclosure claims.

CO-OP association representation, Real Estate, & COMMERCIAL LEASING TRANSACTIONS

We represent Co-Op Associations, Buyers and Sellers of Commercial & Residential properties, and Tenants in commercial leasing transactions.
