Construction and real estate law are our specialty. Clients are our focus.
We represent construction contractors, architects and engineers, commercial and residential property owners including condominiums and cooperatives, and individual buyers and sellers of real estate. Our clients do business in metro New York and throughout the United States. With offices conveniently located near Penn Station in Manhattan and a satellite meeting location on Long Island, we are able to meet clients where they live and work. The Firm’s construction law practice includes: review and negotiation of design and construction agreements including preparation of American Institute of Architects-licensed contracts; neighbor property access agreements for construction; mediation and arbitration before The American Arbitration Association and JAMS; and litigation in State and Federal Courts in New York and New Jersey. Our real estate practice includes: representation of buyers and sellers of real property and co-op apartments and tenant review and negotiation of commercial leases. Client focused and results-driven means we listen to our clients to develop and execute an individualized legal action plan to achieve client goals. Each matter is handled by attorney Marc Supcoff.
A graduate of The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and Duke University, Marc Supcoff has over 30 years of law firm experience counseling and representing clients in dispute resolution and commercial matters.
