Our construction and design law practice includes: review and negotiation of construction and design services agreements; negotiation of construction access agreements with adjacent property owners; mediation and arbitration before American Arbitration Association and JAMS; and litigation in State and Federal courts in New York and New Jersey, including RPAPL 881 access petitions in the Supreme Court of New York. Our real estate practice includes: transfer agent services to co-op associations, representation of buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate, and negotiation of commercial leases.
Marc Howard Supcoff, Esq. graduated from The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and Duke University. He is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New York (S.D.N.Y. and E.D.N.Y) and the State and Federal Courts in New Jersey (D.N.J.). Mr. Supcoff is also an active member of The American Bar Association.
