Since 2003, The Law Offices of Marc H. We represent property owners, condominiums and cooperatives, general contractors and speciality contractors, licensed architects and engineers, and buyers and sellers of real estate. The Firm’s construction law practice includes: review and negotiation of construction and architect agreements, negotiation of property access agreements for new construction and home improvement projects; mediation and arbitration before American Arbitration Association and JAMS; and litigation in State and Federal Courts in New York City and New Jersey. Our real estate practice includes: representation of buyers and sellers of co-op and condominium apartments and tenants in negotiation of commercial leases.
Marc Supcoff, Esq. graduated from The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and Duke University. Mr. Supcoff is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New York (S.D.N.Y. and E.D.N.Y) and New Jersey (D.N.J.) and is a member of The American Bar Association.
