With offices conveniently located near Penn Station in Manhattan and a satellite conference space on Long Island, we meet clients where they are. The Firm’s construction law practice includes: review and negotiation of design and construction agreements including preparation of all contracts licensed by The American Institute of Architects; negotiation of neighbor property access agreements for construction; mediation and arbitration before The American Arbitration Association and JAMS; and litigation in State and Federal Courts in New York and New Jersey. Our real estate practice includes: representation of buyers and sellers of real property and co-op apartments and tenant review and negotiation of commercial leases.
A graduate of The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and Duke University, Marc Supcoff has over 30 years of hands-on law firm experience representing and counseling clients in dispute resolution and commercial/construction law matters. Marc began his career as a products liability and commercial litigation associate at a large Wall Street law firm. Mr. Supcoff also practiced commercial litigation at a midsize Manhattan law firm and specialized in construction litigation at a boutique NYC law firm. Since starting his own law firm in 2003, Marc has successfully represented hundreds of construction and real estate clients. Mr. Supcoff is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New York (S.D.N.Y. and E.D.N.Y) and New Jersey (D.N.J.) and is a member of The American Bar Association.
