Construction of new warehouse buildings in New Jersey is on a tear!  No surprise given growth of online shopping.  Also, new Bayonne Bridge which opened in June has higher span allowing bigger cargo ships to enter Port of New York and Jersey.   Who knows, maybe Newark, NJ is a top choice for Amazon's new second headquarters?!
