With our main office conveniently located near Penn Station in Manhattan and a satellite meeting location in Nassau County on Long Island, we are positioned to meet our clients where they work and live. The Firm’s construction law practice includes preparation and review of design and construction contracts including American Institute of Architect-licensed documents, negotiation of property improvement access agreements, mediation and arbitration before American Arbitration Association and JAMS, and litigation in State and Federal Courts in NYC and Northern NJ. Our real estate practice includes representation of buyers and sellers of multi-family buildings, co-ops and condos, preparation of residential leases, and negotiation of commercial leases. Client focussed and results-driven means we listen to our clients to understand their representation objectives and formulate and execute an individualized legal action plan to achieve client goals.
Marc Supcoff is passionate about legal writing and advocacy. An Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law since 2018, Mr. Supcoff teaches a semester long seminar on Legal Writing & Research to internationally-trained lawyers pursuing their LLM degree in New York.
A graduate of The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and Duke University, Supcoff has over 30 years of experience counseling clients and representing them in dispute resolution. Marc began practicing law at the Wall Street law firm Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexender & Ferdon, specializing in product liability and commercial litigation. As an attorney at Zetlin & De Chiara LLC, Marc specialized in design and construction law. Since starting his own law firm in 2003, Marc and his team have represented hundreds of construction and real estate clients. Mr. Supcoff is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New York (S.D.N.Y. and E.D.N.Y) and New Jersey (D.N.J.) and is a member of The American Bar Association.
