Marc H. Supcoff, Esq.
Marc Supcoff is founder and principal attorney of The Law Offices of Marc H. Supcoff, which specializes in construction law, commercial litigation and real estate transactions.
Mr. Supcoff's practice focusses primarily on representing construction contractors, developers, owners, property managers, architects and engineers in reviewing and negotiating construction contracts and resolving complex construction disputes. He regularly negotiates property access agreements for owners including condominiums and co-ops. When necessary, Mr. Supcoff has also successfully represented owners seeking an RPAPL 881 license from the New York State Supreme Court to gain access to an adjacent property in order for a client to complete its construction project.
Mr. Supcoff is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He appears regularly in state and federal court for pretrial, motion and trial practice. Mr. Supcoff also has extensive experience as counsel for clients involved in mediation and/or arbitration of a legal dispute.
Mr. Supcoff started his legal career as a litigation associate at a large Wall Street law firm. Before opening his own firm in 2003, he worked as a commercial litigator both at a midsize general practice and at a small firm specializing in design and construction law. For more than two decades, Mr. Supcoff has been counseling and advocating for clients in significant commercial, construction law and real estate matters. He brings this knowledge base and extensive experience to each new client matter.
Mr. Supcoff serves on the Board of his Manhattan condominium. He also volunteers with his college alumni club encouraging New York City public school students to apply to college. In his free time, Mr. Supcoff enjoys watching college hoops, spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors.
