Construction Counsel and Litigation The Firm counsels clients during all phases of construction, from project conception and development to construction administration to project closeout and post-project issues. We handle all types of commercial litigation in New York and New Jersey State and Federal Courts, including construction and design defect claims, lien claims, contract balance and delay claims. The Firm is experienced in litigation as well as mediation and arbitration. We work closely with our clients to understand their goals and concerns and to develop early on in the representation a legal strategy for effective and efficient handling of the matter.

Construction Contract Review We review and negotiate every type of construction contract, including owner-architect, owner-contractor, and architect-engineer agreements. The Firm uses the latest electronic AIA software as templates to create customized contracts that serve clients’ individualized project requirements.

Corporate & Contractor Licensing Services The Firm incorporates new entities and assists existing companies in obtaining authorization to transact business outside of their incorporation state. We also are experienced in helping our clients successfully apply for contractor licenses in required jurisdictions, including California, Virginia, Arizona, and Nevada.

Real Estate The Firm handles Real Estate transactions including: buying and selling real property, short-sales, loan modifications and refinancing.
