ABOUT MARC H. SUPCOFF

Marc Supcoff is a trusted counselor and attorney for a select group of clients who share his passion for thoughtful development of the built environment and the communities where they work and live. Marc represents construction contractors, builders, owners, architects and engineers, in construction contracting and commercial litigation/dispute resolution matters. Marc also represents homeowners (whether first time or experienced) in buying and selling real property. He is licensed in the states of New York and New Jersey. He appears regularly in NY and NJ courts for pretrial, motion and trial practice. Marc serves on the Board of the Manhattan condominium where he lives with his wife Lynn and son Craig who attends The Calhoun School. When he is not practicing law, Marc enjoys watching college hoops and enjoying the outdoors.
